Frustrated Customer
"FRUSTRATED!!"
I ordered an doorking Inverter back on 12/12/25 from them direct shipped from doorking. It was damaged in shipping and Doorking is saying it is JMAC responsibility and JMAC is saying it is Doorking to replace it. It is now 3/21/25 and I am still waiting for replacement. I have contacted JMAC multiple times asking where we are in the process and they say "end of day today" every time I call. Never giving me any other information. Frustrating to say the least. They say they are all about Service, Selection and Speed - I have yet to see it.

"Drop shipped paid for 3 day got ground shipping."
I placed an expedited order for emergency pullstation for a restroom in a dialysis center. Order was online from Jmac supply website. I paid the expedited shipping fee which was 3 times more than the standard ground shipping option. I found that JMAC is a drop shipper because I received my order which I placed on 2/20/25 on 3/3/25. With it being shipped directly from Alpha Communications.
Jmac supply should disclose they drop ship and not offer expedited shipping Jmac Supply just kept the expedited shipping fees without actually shipping out the product faster. This is an unethical practice. And I will never do business with Jmac supply again. I wish Alpha Communications dealt directly with customers. My order number with Jmac Supply was order#503499. With Alpha Communications Shipment No. Being 193323 since they were the ones that actually shipped my product out.
