Darren was very helpful with the information he gave me. I didn't go through with any debt relief options with mum's with debt so I can not comment on the actual process provided. I did feel a little bombarded with txt from other staff whilst I was already assigned to Darren but apart from that they were very friendly. The speed of giving all of your personal information can be a little over whelming
