"Racial discrimination"

Racial discrimination avoided this company I tried to order a crossbow which I was finding no luck with as company kept refusing my purchase, which left me puzzled as they had all my information in the end I left them a bad review to then be fob off by the company saying they’re not selling anymore crossbow due to the tragedy that happened not so long ago, But I find out that the Company are still selling crossbows which I don’t understand why the need to lie, I had a friend which is a different race from me try to see if the company will sale them a crossbow which they did so it clearly shows that this company was definitely racially profiling me which isn’t acceptable

Found a crossbow for a good price but needed it basically the next day spoke to Harry though email saying that I needed it for a present for the next day and within 12 hours it was delivered to my surprise that it’s better then I thought great all round service

Ordered the EK Archery Cobra Adder 130lb Repeating Crossbow, arrived next day, perfect condition no issues or complaints whatsoever...now I just need to order some more bolts and I know who'll I'll be buying from in the future great company, great service 10/10 apologies for brevity first time writing a review for a company...but they deserve all the good press they can get. Also check out their YouTube channel for reviews on the products they sell..great touch guys always nice to see what you're buying in action before purchase.

Made a order on a 24hr delivery have had confirmation but I’ve now emailed three times with no response and calls are not taken nor can I leave a voicemail I’ve taken the day off work as it says 24hr delivery and no response whatsoever starting to get a little worried now…update: received all perfect just more contact info would be great but other than that everything received as advertised

Very happy with Tactical Archery and would fully recomend them if you are looking to get into shooting crossbows for fun! They do really good package deals on FMA Engineering Crossbows, delivery was very fast once ID was checked, and the kit came securely packaged. Early on the bow developed a snag where it wouldn't cock, but in about a week I had it back repaired and it shoots really well now. Brad and Harry were really good about it all, and the response to emails is swift. I would 100% recommend these guys if you'e a novice or seasoned pro.

"Failed to respond to price match request"

Sent them a 'price match' email request on a EK compound bow, about a week ago.

They haven't bothered to reply so I guess they want to charge around 20% more than their direct competitors so I'll be going elsewhere.
