Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to my friends and already have. My friend is ordering soon, got the hex 400 crossbow really helpful before I purchased and really nice guy would give him a 10 out of 10. If I could great knowledge will crossbows was really easy to put together having no knowledge, the guy runs the store goes the Loxstra mall to help you. Can’t wait to do my site tomorrow and my targets arrive LOL great crossbow great shop and great advice from Brad kind regards William b

"Terrible customer service"

My order was cancelled and refunded almost 2 weeks after it was placed for whatever reason?. I don't know why, as this company never bothered to respond to any emails or attempts to contact them in live chat. Leaving me in the dark about what had happened to my order and to the money I had paid to them. Cancelling an order is one thing, but their atrocious customer service is another.. despite all the other glowing reviews on here, I found shopping with tactical archery a horrible experience.

A wee communication issue with my first order at the turn of the year but I put that down to the time of year and just how busy independent retailers can be during this period, after that initial issue the guys at Tactical Archery stepped up to the plate so I can only give them a very satisfied 10/10 for customer service and for going that extra mile to make sure my second order had no issues what so ever. Lots of brands and stock with next day delivery and fantastic communication so all in all I’ll definitely be doing business with Tactics Archery again in the near future and I 100% recommend them as, in my opinion, the best Archery supplier in the UK.

Wry disappointed. Ordered a lovely archery set for my husband for Christmas. When I ordered it it said 1-2 days delivery and 5 days later it said posted and I was given a tracking id by phone and on their website. I still haven’t had my delivery so I emailed the shop and received a reply to say that it isn’t in stock and will only be in store at the end of next week. I’m scared this is a scam. Can’t get hold of tactical archery by phone and can’t even leave a voicemail. Very disappointed as this item was meant to be in stock as well.
