Wouldn’t even give one star. Absolutely poor customer service—made it very clear they only care about taking your money. They got our order completely wrong, which I understand—mistakes happen. However, I don’t think it’s right that I have to chase my own order and then wait an additional three days for the correct one. Very poor service. They also ignored my email, as if nothing had happened. There are better white goods companies out there!!!

Delivery men are capable and chatty, I even had a follow up email from after sales making sure everything was in order.
The TV is great, the sound system is great and what value for money.
