DO NOT BUY! Never written a review in my life apart from reviewing this shop but made an exception for X by Kygo. I have been a long time Kygo fan and have bought from the previous shop (kygolife) multiple times and always received quality service and product. In the last few years I have purchased two sets of earbuds which have both broken (first one just after 1 year warranty) and second one being xellence buds with one of the earbuds going faulty within the year. Absolutely no customer service. I have sent many emails/chats/Instagram to no avail. It's a real shame to do that to your loyal customers for over 5 years. I would not recommend anything X by Kygo sells purely on customer service and lack of quality

Nice headphones. 2 weeks postage. needed to pay 40 pounds customs to get in uk, not sellers fault. has to be done on all items. Good sound quality and nice looking headphones for the price to be honest

Device was great until it got out of sync with itself. Unfortunately the company seems to have abandoned alle support: chat, email and phone.

Skrev først et par spørgsmål om forventet levetid og brug af øretelefonerne på deres chat, efter nogle uger uden svar skrev jeg en mail men jeg har stadig ikke hørt et ord fra virksomheden her lang tid efter.
Jeg skal dog sige at mine in-ear øretelefoner nu igen virker ok. Det egentlige problem var at lyden pludselig blev meget lav og jeg vidste ikke hvorfor og derfor heller ikke hvordan det skulle afhjælpes men det viste sig at jeg skulle genforbinde dem til telefonen.

Peccato… ho regalato al mio ragazzo le cuffiette xellence a febbraio, a fine aprile hanno già iniziato a non andare (il suono completamente andato, sono cuffie che costano tanto ma soprattutto create da un dj e non vanno dopo due mesi). Chiedo aiuto, mi rispondono subito dicendomi che il corriere sarebbe passato…passano una volta. Manco hanno suonato al citofono ma vabbè, dettagli, chiedo spiegazioni e nessuno risponde. Dopo due mesi riprovo a contattare il team che mi risponde in poche parole che si scusavano, avevano scoperto che la pratica era stata chiusa e che quindi ci rimandavano in regalo delle nuove paia di cuffiette. Ringrazio, passa un altro mese, scrivo…nessuna risposta, provo a riscrivere ancora una volta ma niente… Questi ti fanno pagare 300€ di cuffie, non vanno, ti mandano un corriere che non ha voglia di fare il suo lavoro, fanno promesse di regali e poi spariscono. Sconsiglio assolutamente, peccato.

X by Kygo Xellence Earbuds. The email address and the chat ARE NOT responding. No company answers emails or chats. I have earbuds that DO NOT WORK. One earbud works, One earbud IS DEAD. NOT charging. Obviously need a return for these expensive earbuds. WHAT A SHAME! SHAM to be exact. What is going on with this ridiculous customer service being null and void.

Device is great, but.... there must be something going on with the company. I called them but no pickup, the Android app for "X by Kygo" is not in the Playstore and the email address returns "non deliverable".
Are they hacked or somehow offline?
