"Went the extra mile. Superb service"

We needed a chair trolley urgently, but nothing we liked was available in under 10 days. However, on live chat (Tuesday) with Frontrow Furniture they offered to contact their supplier and see if they could get one quicker. Within a couple of hours they emailed to confirm that they could get one delivered for Friday. I took up the offer and on Thursday was promised delivery between 8 and 9am. Delighted that the trolley was delivered on time on the Friday. Superb service that went the extra mile!
