"Quick and helpful replies"

Really quick with getting back to me when enquiring, which I found refreshing. Sent a couple of emails over the last week or so and all were answered super quick, which I thought was great! Their price was good and the quality was good too. Can’t ask for too much more to be honest

"EXCELLENT IN EVERY RESPECT"

I was amazed at the speed of response to an enquiry for just 2 catering tables. Becci in Sales was superb and not only kept me informed but also followed up on the (RAPID) delivery.
The product, albeit used, was in excellent condition and exceeded my expectations.
A VERY refreshing company to do business with.

"Appalling After sales service"

What can I say. The company structure seems to exist as this. A gentleman called Anon is in charge. He makes all the decisions, everybody else you speak to is just a receptionist and can’t help you. It doesn’t matter how many times you call! Anon is always in the warehouse and unfortunately is unavailable to take your call. You are told every time that the message will be passed to Anon and he will call you back (don’t be fooled this is a lie). I required 80 banqueting chairs. So after a busy evening I decided to search the Web to see what was available. I came across Front Row Furniture, the product looked good and the price looked reasonable. I attempted to place and pay for my order on line. Unfortunately my transaction would not process on line so I decided to call the next day to place my order. Early next day I had received a missed call from the company and a number of emails asking me complete my transaction. I called them back and the lady explained that orders could not be processed on line. However, if I clicked on the link from their email it would take me to a secure site for payment. She confirmed that if I paid that day my chairs would be delivered on Monday. Monday arrived and no chairs. I rang the company and the same lady checked her schedule and confirmed the chairs would now be delivered Tuesday because of the bad weather. Not a problem. The chairs then arrived on Tuesday morning as promised. However, the delivery driver was rude and unhelpful and three of the chairs were broken. I rang the company thinking they would just replace the chairs. How wrong I was. The lady I spoke to process payment and arrange the delivery schedule, seemed to have been demoted as when I called she had converted to in here words just the receptionist who only answers the telephone. She promised to pass my message on to Anon (who was in the warehouse). Nearly a week and numerous phone calls later. Still no return phone call from Anon. Maybe he locked himself in the warehouse by mistake. This company are quick to take your money. The customer care then stops there. Avoid at all costs.

"Where are my lockers and refund :("

I have just been asked after over a year to prove, by frontrowfurniture, my review is real as they believe it’s not. Even though it’s so long ago I will dig out the necessary evidence to prove what I said was correct. I am quite sure they know it’s true by what I have said in the review and the fact I had such a lot of correspondence with them at the time. This seems just like an attempt to clear out old negative reviews by thinking people won’t be bothered to, or be unable to, prove they are genuine. shame on you.
I ordered 15 lockers but only 11 were delivered. They were almost on time but not quite. Of the ones that were delivered the quality was far from adequate. They were advertised as effectively 2nd hand but of very good quality. Certainly the ones we had were not of very good quality with damage and significant wear and tear and can only be used in a location where no one will ever see them.
After a lot of chasing on my part they claimed they had no more stock, though their website continues to claim otherwise.
However I said Ok no problem and asked for a refund for the difference. They couldn't refund direct to the credit card so I provided the requested bank details.
Unfortunately no refund has been forthcoming despite several E-mails (all unanswered) and no calls returned (to date).
I'm not giving up out of principle but I definitely would never use this company again as everything has just been hard work, and still is. I will review again once the saga is over.

"Would order again - good quality and service"

Ordered 1000 folding chairs off Arun and am now in the process of placing another order with him again as service and quality were very good. Quality of the folding chairs (also saw the folding trestle tables) were solid and the price was one of the cheapest we have seen (and trust me, we looked around!)
He also sorted out a quick delivery for us as we needed the goods in time for an event

"Finally sorted out our issue"

We ordered 2 sample wedding chairs from Frontrowfurniture. They promised delivery which never happened, then weeks later claimed they had been delivered. They produced delivery receipts for a different location, signed by people we didn't know. Arun Grewal kept promising to sort it, then to refund our money but this never happened. Dozens of emails, many promises, no chairs and £86.37 out of pocket.

Arun contacted us a few weeks ago saying he wanted to sort this out and we got a full refund of £86.37 a few days later. Thanks Arun.
