Sorry, but I am not letting you away with this. I did not say you advised me to move to V4 seven months ago. You advised me two years ago and it took me seven months to get out of the contract you recommended. During this time I had four weeks with no broadband. You did precisely nothing to help me resolve the situation apart from not reply to emails and calls. If Ofcom were not so toothless I would have complained to them about you. I still might to the trading standards authorities. My utmost apologies to you for having appalling service and for being such a disreputable company.

Avoid Energy Dundee.I was told lies by agent about Utility Warehouse regarding my energy switch,I told him you need to take out another service with them along with your energy and he said no not ant more then I received my bill for energy and mobile eventually came to a compromise with U/W

Currently support a 79 year old woman to leave her unsuitable contract, arranged by Energy Dundee, with Utility Warehouse (energy and mobile phone package), which she was pressurised into before Christmas 2023.
Energy Dundee 4 U staff pressurised the woman into an energy/ mobile phone deal, even when the woman repeatedly said she doesn't use a mobile phone. The staff member kept saying this was the best deal.
The woman rang Energy Dundee again to say she was not happy with the package during the cooling off period, and was told it was the best deal and if she wanted to stay with her present energy supplier it would cost more than UW.
The woman then tried twice during the Xmas period but office was closed and during this time, the Utility Warehouse contract had started and the woman was trapped into this contact.
Energy Dundee pressurised the woman into this, using jargon and speaking very quickly, which caused confusion.
It has caused extreme amount of anxiety and stress, which has impacted on her health. And has cost her a lot of money to exit early from her UW contract.
Would not recommend - don't care about their customers

This company likes to target elderly people who find it hard to say no. My mother-in-law has told them previously to stop calling and they've recently started again. Despite her saying again that she didn't want to speak with them the girl was very persistent and insisted on calling back which my mil found very upsetting.
