"Could Hardly Get the Device to Operate…"

Although I consider myself to be aerobically fit, with good lung strength, following the instructions, I could hardly get the ball to vibrate until the very end of my breath. I tried replicating the pressure used at this point when the ball would vibrate (almost end of breath) at the beginning of my exhale to little effect. Varying the angle made some difference. Very hit and miss!

"Great tool"

I don’t need this often, but when I do ,it’s there/ I’ve noticed, even when not using it I have a greater ease in getting rid of junk from my lungs- I love it. I have interstitial lung disease, probably due to having pneumonia several times(30+). I hope I don’t get pneumonia again but it’s great knowing I have this great tool!

I could feel mucous loosening and moving up. And, though it may be a post hoc assessment, I have felt improved breathing in situations that typically challenge me (e.g., walking up hills). I’m very satisfied with the device.

As soon as I tried this AirPhysio, I noticed a slight change but within a few days, I was able to climb the stairs and not be so out of breath, that I had to sit and "catch my breath".
