"Llevo comprando Pikolinos muchos años y…"

Llevo comprando Pikolinos muchos años y cada vez bajan más la calidad del calzado, pero el precio siempre al alza. He comprado online las deportivas modelo Lanzarote de 119€... una decepción total: por dentro son de textil (cuando antes eran todas de piel) y, además, en el lateral interior de la cremallera ponen hechas en Marruecos. Pago ese dinero por calzado hecho en España... que por lo menos justifique ese precio, cada vez fabrican menos en España, una decepción, otras botas que compré "hechas en China".
Compraré otras marcas españolas que continúan con el compromiso de fabricar calzado en España o, al menos, en Europa.

El pedido llegó muy rápido, ya tengo otros iguales en negro y son super cómodos y muy duraderos por eso los compré. Lo recomiendo.

"Dishonest, awful company."

I contacted the company to report that my boots had a faulty zipper, which always unzipped slowly as I walked around. They told me to send the boots back and they would send out a new pair when my faulty boots were received. I shipped my boots, and waited for weeks! Meanwhile, I saw that this boot style went on sale and my size sold out. I contacted PIKOLINOS to ask whether I would get my replacement boots. They gave me a bunch of nonsense about processing times and so on. They said that as a special favor, they would send me my new boots immediately, even though my returned boots (I had checked the tracking info, and noted they had arrived at the warehouse more than a week before this contact) were “still being processed.” They claimed that they had “set aside” a pair of replacement boots for me. Right. Lo and behold, when the “replacement” boots arrived, they were the same boots I had returned! With the same zipper issue, in the same boot.

Terrible company. Dishonest. Do not recommend.
