Yep, as others have said tanki have gone into administration, had a rude email that said my payment had failed and to update my bank details with them! The link they provided didn't work, so I went to go into my account to cancel, but Cannot access my tanki account to close it!

This company are not in administration, company has not registered any documents at companies house, no court filings, no adverts in London Gazette. The address at companies house has no insolvency practitioners registered there.
It's all a lie, so that they can keep taking the money and not supplying the goods.

As other have said, they took our money, didn't send anything, and now have gone into administration and no way to contact them at all. Unable to edit subscription either, and they're still trying to charge my card for the next scheduled order. How is this allowed? Disgraceful.

"Disgraceful behaviour "
Found out they'd gone into receivership by customers posting on Facebook! No contact from the company at all. Couldn't cancel subscription as website already taken down. Contacted them on FB, emails etc with no response. Had no delivery for about 8 months but they still took my money in December anyway and no products supplied. Disputed this with my bank and yesterday Tanki disputed this and said I owed them money!! Unbelievable and absolutely disgraceful behaviour stealing customers money...

Waited over 5 weeks for a refund or my order and nothing and no contact !
I managed to claim my money back with my banks help !
DO NOT buy from these people, they will take your money and that's all they are good at !

"Taken money, no product"
As others have mentioned, terrible experience. In my case no response to emails I have sent and when I tried to call them this morning the number says it is not in service so clearly ignoring customers.
If they are having product issues they should let customers know but I have had no communication and my subscription payment was still processed. 11 days later, no product, no communication and you have my money. I also see that they are still taking orders on their website which is ridiculous thinking.
It is a shame as I am sure many of these negative reviews could have been avoided with polite and transparent communication.

"Not Acceptable "
Zero communication back regarding my order, not acceptable when you take payment immediately and six weeks later still no sign of dispatch ... very poor customer service from the directors Ian Aldridge and Gary Raybould at Tanki ... fortunately there are many other suppliers that are reliable.
Update 24th December
Tanki Ltd are now in administration ... very convenient and thanks for letting me know, no wait you didn't ... I found out via companies house and now you get to keep our money ... but never mind you are going to reach out to us with reassurances of a possible takeover and everyone of the customers you've fleeced will live happily ever after, Merry Christmas ... 🎅

Great customer service absolutely can't be faulted.
