I ordered a product but that was not what I received. It has been impossible to be in contact with Sena Cases and have it corrected.

I order a case for an Iphone 15 MaxPro but I received another case for IPhone 14 pro. When I requested a exchange Sena Case denied the exchange because they are not longer in business and they do not accept return or exchange. In other words I was scam buy the company.
