Hi Just to give a big thank you to Bonnypack customer sevice , we have been shopping at Bonnypack for over 38 years on the 4th of January 2024 and we recieved a parking ticket for £100 for being 15 minutes over , so I called customer service and I told the operator that i did not know there was a parking charge after 90 minutes so he kindly asked me for my PCN number and cancelled the fine straight away many thanks Bonnypack for being loyal to your customers

Ordered some items online. Got a notification that it had been delivered but they hadn’t. DPD confirmed that they left the items on the doorstep of the wrong address. Bonnypack have all this information, I’m £80 out of pocket with no goods to show for it and they’re doing nothing until DPD resolve their claim which may take 30 days. It’s not your customers fault that your chosen delivery service have lost the goods. Your first responsibility should be to sort out your customer, then deal with DPD to resolve their failings. It’s not fair to make your customer suffer for the failings of your chosen delivery company.
