Wrapped well and weather proofed on delivery as weather was awful this morning. Ĝrateful the weather improved so I was able to get them put away before the storm arrives.

The product is fine, but the company is virtually impossible to communicate with. No one answers e-mails and no one answers the phone.

I ordered logs November 28th. They came 2 weeks late, understandably this is the busiest time of year, so I understand that. Communication was the issue. I tried every means to contact you, ended up contacting by Facebook. I would use Hillside Woodfuels again as the quality of the logs are great.
