Very happy with service I’ve got a long and steep driveway and they delivered right to the house and logs look good haven’t used them yet but can’t complain about service .

Very poor experience, I made an order on 29th September for a log storage rack. I paid £14.99 express shipping and it did not arrive until 10th October. I checked my order tracker on 3rd October and it showed that my order was waiting to be dispatched to evri, evri did not receive the order until 8th October! So definitely not express delivery! I have also had a problem with my order as it is incorrect size and I have called numerous times and no one ever answers. I have also emailed twice and yet again no answer to emails either. Communication from this company as well as slow delivery is appalling. Would not recommend!

This is my second load for the winter. All logs ready to burn. Variety of sized logs is great for lighting and keeping the heat output steady. Others often disappoint with the size of their loads. Not here, a very generous sized load, positioned sensibly on my drive when I was out giving full access to cars.
