"Purchase of tonne bag logs"

Hi,wasn't has happy with the service on this occasion,compared to previous purchases,with the confusion regarding email stating delivery in 2-3days from date of purchase email.The last purchase(Tonne bag of logs)for some reason,have moisture and are not burning has good has previous orders,they've been stacked and are covered the same way as I've always done in the past with your logs.Hopefully this order is just a one off,otherwise I will have to find alternative supplier.

Placed order on weekend and 2 bags delivered on Monday and shrink wrapping placed on bags as rain forecast. Delivery driver even phoned up to see exactly where on drive I wanted bags left. Wood all ash and tinder dry can’t fault in any way
