Terrible customer service. The guy had no idea what he was talking about, tried to force multiple products on me after telling him more than 5 times I did not want them. Had to call actual spectrum because he placed the order wrong. I would not recommend to anyone.

I was told that I do not commit to a contract with the internet prover.
As it turned out i actually sign up for a contract. I found out after I called the company and immediately canceled the contract.
Not happy with the person I talked to at Allconnect.

Sold me a service that after first 4 evenings on the phone I finally hat a call back that the internet service in my area was over saturated and no wonder it was slow and impossible to stream a movie. I am paying too much for data that is useless. *edited to respond to your reply is utter nonsense. Your customer service was completely useless. I hope this review is taken seriously by anyone searching for internet that your equipment and customer service is archaic at best. I am surprised that FCC doesn’t regulate better. This is truly criminal!
