All Connect completely lied to me. When I asked about the locked-in service for cell and internet for $60, Verizon told me it was only for the internet, while All Connect said it was for both so I would sign on. THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND VERIZON'S TIME! They sent me the router, which I now have to return.
