When I called in, I informed the agent of what service I had and why I wanted to switch. I wanted to maintain a similar level of service for my internet, TV, and Mobile phone. I ended up signing at the recommended level, which I later found out to be a slower internet speed. I was also told that the TV service would be only 69.99 a month, which turned out to be $120 a month after taxes. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! GO DIRECTLY TO THE CARRIER! Better prices and a ton more knowledge.

I spoke with two ladies, one on Mar 18 who initially told me about Allconnect and one on April 1. The lady on April 1st completed my order. Both ladies were very enthusiastic and made me feel comfortable about the internet order. The lady completing the order gave me all the info to make the right choice. I was completely satisfied with her customer service, friendliness and knowledge. I also loved her complimenting me and saying I sounded young!
