"Xfinity never received the order from Allconnect"

The people I worked with at Allconnect were very courteous. They guided me to choose Xfinity for internet service. However, Xfinity never received the order from Allconnect, so I had to start the process over again with Xfinity. Thus, in the end, working with Allconnect didn't accomplish what I needed.
