I thought I was calling EarthNet, so I was not excited when I found out I had actually connected to a broker. But it turned out to be great. The gentleman who assisted me had all the internet providers at his fingertips and was able to find the least expensive plan. I would have otherwise had to spend a lot of time calling every single provider. Everything came through from spectrum just as though I had called them directly, and he was able to get me a deal that I hadn't found on the spectrum website myself - very important because I am retired and on a fixed budget. I would definitely use this service again.
