I ordered 5 30 litre clear boxes with lids and 2 of those lids were damaged. I contacted packingboxes the day they were delivered, provided a photo of the damaged lids as requested and was told via email that replacements would be delivered in the next 2-3 working days. Nearly 6 weeks later and I have still not received replacement lids. Nobody responds to the multiple emails I have sent. I have called on several occasions, each time being on hold for over half an hour. When I do eventually speak to someone (Katie and John), I am told they will sort it. Their website states that the item is actually out of stock so no idea how they are going to sort it. Or why they have not offered to send me 50 litre boxes for the inconvenience caused. I am in the process of moving house, so boxes without lids are useless to me. Do not use this company because any issues with damaged items etc will not get sorted. Once they have your money they couldn't care less.

Excellent quality products. The boxes arrived in time..just that one of the wardrobe boxes had missing hanger components. Otherwise we are happy with the product. It could be that they got lost in transit

The price is cheap, it took twice as long to arrive and I had to call to ask what was going on but the lady I spoke with was so helpful and eve when I mentioned the reviews I’d seen and was concerned she got the boxes shipped to us by the next day.

I wish I’ve read these reviews before I’ve placed my order 2weeks ago. I’m still waiting for delivery, there is no communication or indication from the company, they don’t answer my emails and calls. That’s scandalous!!! Please don’t waste your money.

My biggest regret was not reading the reviews before I ordered. Please listen to what other people have said. This company are nothing short of garbage. I to had missing items from my order,spent almost an hour waiting on the phone with no response. Emailed their customer service team,I to had a reply from a person called "Katie". Said she would look into it and guess what, its over a week and have heard diddly swat. Have tried to contact them multiple times with no success. Please save your money and order from a different company,this lot are nothing short of bandits.

Terrible. 4 out of 7 boxes arrived damaged. Rang but was kept on hold for over an hour so had to end the call. Got through to the sales department and said I wanted to speak to a manager and they said they’d transfer me and again kept on hold until I gave up. No response to emails. I’m out of pocket by over £80. Dishonest people-avoid this company!
