I sent off my phone in good faith declaring it had a smashed screen. When it was received by Rapid Phone Buyer they emailed me offering me a lower price than originally quoted. I asked for photo evidence of the damage they were stating and despite further emails to them I have had no reply. I have today tried to call them and the telephone number on their website is unavailable. They still have my iphone and I have received no payment. I wouldn't recommend this company and feel I have been scammed. I intend to take further action.

Had a email saying money was transferred into my bank which it wasn’t. Tried ringing and emailing with no reply. Think company has gone bust

Sent Samsung s7 off quoted £124 they put it down to £50 claiming image burn. Then sent an email saying the money was transferred no sign of it in my bank tried calling phone doesn't ring and sent 3 emails no replies.

Good ratings on Trust Pilot so pristine phone sent with all accessories and box. Full price paid but cheque bounced and am now without the phone or the money. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
