Sent an Samsung S7 into Rapid Phone Buyer on the back of Money Saving Expert reviews.
Phone was pristine but they said it had screen burn, so reduced the price. This seems common from reading reviews on this site. I do wonder if they advertise high prices to get you to use them, then make some excuse after so called testing.
Worse to come as cheque was sent then subsequently stopped, no answer to telephone.
I now have no phone or money!

They had my phone which was excellent condition, approx 5 days later had an email saying it was scratched and chipped and spots on case, I called and complained and spoke to some very rude person claiming to be a manager who admitted the phone was in excellent condition but something wrong with LCD so basically lie after lie, the manager told me I shouldn't raise my voice to him as he was a manager so am I and you are no manager he also called me sweetheart which as any good manager will know this is very unprofessional. I strongly advise never to use you could send an uopened brand new phone and they would say something wrong with it they are scammers.
