Within 5 minutes I received a response asking for clarification of our situation. They were able to resolve our problem and we received confirmation that our VIP small-group Tuscany Grand Tour was booked. All of this took less than 30-minutes total. Amazing response time, wouldn't you say!

It was all top class. The redeeming process was easy, booking was easy. And the experience was superb. We are very much into wine and travel internationally. Cape Mentelle was the best experience in Margaret River. The vineyard provided an exceptionally talented young wine specialist who walked us through the vineyards and we explored - in depth - Cape Mentelle processes. And the wine tasting with the degustation was just lovely. Five stars all the way!
