"Leaky showers"

Had several Matki showers installed as part of our home renovation. The frames and seals leak badly. Had the authorized supplier in to change the seals. Still leak. Having been in correspondence with Matki desperately trying to get one of their engineers over to assess and fix the problem. Despite several chasers over the last month. No joy. Meanwhile my bathrooms are a damp mess.

Bought a shower around 3 years ago there was a mark in the glass got in touch with Matki Customer Service. They were amazing helpful knowledgeable. Sent technician round to my home ( Alan ) was brilliant lovely helpful chap sorted the problem out. from start to finish they have been amazing. Would recommend this brand

"Excellent after sales service."

I have a Matki shower door that is some 30 years old and periodically the hinges fail. The Matki technical help and spare parts service( Matt in this case) has been excellent on each occasion in supplying parts and job descriptions - how I wish all companies after sales service was as good as Matki's.

Very, very impressed with Makita. Bought a shower cabinet 7 years ago which has been excellent but recently had a minor problem with door. Contacted Graham, Makita Technical Department who immediately arranged a visit by the engineer Tony Crane.Tony wore overshoes, safety mask, was extremely courteous and promptly fixed the door which now works a treat. Thank you Makita a truly professional company.

We searched everywhere for a shower tray and screen to match our requirements and were delighted to find exactly what we wanted from Matki. The tray arrived and we were really pleased with the design and quality. Unfortunately we noticed that the large screen we received had a scratch on the surface, but this was replaced without question. The new screen was kindly fitted by their engineer, George, who talked us through the various options to ensure the best fit as our walls were not level. The service we received from Matki throughout the process has been brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and we wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

Ordered several parts to renovate my tired 12 year old shower from one of Matki's authorised reseller partners, unfortunately the parts supplied did not fit and after an email to the reseller with no response I decided to call Matki directly and like many of the reviews was greeted by a very helpful employee and what was more surprising is that he identified the problem and sent the replacement parts FOC they have arrived today and have been fitted and look great thank you Matki.
