"1st baby purchase made easy"

Bought my buggy, car seat, and bedside crib from baby doc shop Dublin store on June 30, 2024 at 3:57 pm. Myself and my partner visited in person with an idea of what we wanted and were helped out by a really kind and very knowledgeable staff member, we had a full demo of the uppa baby vista v2 with the cybex cloud T and base T system on the day and I added the crib a few weeks after to the order. It was really easy to decide that we wanted to go with these items after the demo on the day & the discussion about crib options via email afterward, the deposit option and lay aside until delivery was needed was really useful to us!
Any correspondence I’ve had with the baby doc shop has been very pleasant and easy. I’ve found them really eager to help and answer any questions I had.
I’d definitely recommend to any new parents who might be a bit overwhelmed with all the options that are out there, the in store experience was great to help us decide on what suited us and we left with a congratulatory bottle of non alcoholic Prosecco to thank us for our purchase which was a really nice touch!

I had the most amazing experience in the Limerick store yesterday with Laura. Her knowledge & expertise in the different brands was second to none. Laura made this such an enjoyable experience & morning for my parents & I & I couldn’t recommend her & Baby Doc enough. From the minute I booked the appointment, the communication via email & what’s app was brilliant. We decided to purchase our buggy deal yesterday & I received a lovely gift voucher, non alcoholic bottle of champers & a lovely email to congratulate me in my purchase. It’s the touches that makes Baby doc stand out Vs other baby stores in Ireland.

Great experience shopping at The BabyDoc Shop in Deansgrange for my first buggy. I booked one of the free appointments, and the staff were so helpful, guiding me through everything I needed to know.
They had a great selection of buggies to suit all budgets. I ended up choosing the Joie Finiti with the Joie i-Level car seat, and I'm thrilled with my choice.
I also got a co-sleeper and nursery furniture, with their deposit with payment plans, a lifesaver. I even found the same furniture elsewhere at a lower price, and they price-matched it no hassle. The whole experience was stress-free and everything just landed with us…baby in 3 weeks!
