Poor sales service, poor customer service, poor communication,delayed delivery, incomplete delivery and there is no one you can speak with. Save your money and go somewhere else. The worst experience ever!!

Amazing customer service. Another major retailer let me down on my order leaving me with just a couple of weeks to source a pram and car seats, BabyDoc Shop and Gareth in particular came to my rescue and helped to get an order through before my babies arrived. Very grateful to them and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, personable and professional service! Thanks again!

"The bestest service ever"

Needed a last minute purchase of a one piece pram before holidays i called into the new Limerick store and was immediately met with 2 fab staff so kind and said dont worry we will get you sorted..
Laura was the lady who helped me , she went through all she had available on the day for purchase, she went above and beyond to find a girly colour she went into the back and opened the purple out and a out that was boxed and opened it all up set it up to view with no obligations to purchase.when i did purchase Laura continued to go above and beyond and carried it to my car which was so kind and un heard of for me! I have 3 kids and have purchased many things over the years and i have never felt so appreciated and relaxed whilst i figured out what one i would get ..i went for the out and about and i absolutely love it! Folds in one piece and amazing to walk in woodlands with, i have always had bugaboo and cybex but woukd highly reccomend this she sleeps so much better in this also.amazing service i will def be back!

I had a brilliant experience with the baby doc shop from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful. I ended up buying all my suite of baby products there as they were the most competitive. They really are a one stop shop. So handy having everything in the one spot.

"Disappointing and upsetting"

So disappointed with my experience. Bought travel system bundle in February 2023 and paid in full. Baby born in April 2023. Been back and forth trying to get the full bundle delivered. It is September and I still haven’t received the full bundle.
Very stressful to deal with in top of having a new baby, especially after spending so much money.
Would not recommend for new parents.

"Poor communication"

Update: Eventually got some explanation on my order. Unfortunately it wasn't until I contacted the company, rather than being contacted by them. Turned out that the issue was going on for last 2 weeks yet no one informed me about it. This is simply not good enough.
Adding two stars as Jasmine was very helpful and was able to provide the ETA for my order. Thank you for that
Advice to the team: Please inform your customers about changes/delays before they contact you that the order is late.
AVOID! Terrible customer services. My order was supposed to be delivered within 5 weeks. It wasn't only delayed but I was not informed about the delay (even though I was ensured that they will contact me in case of any delays). I ring them few times a day ever since and hear that soneone from warehouse will contact me with the update, but in never happens.
I've ordered car seats for my unborn twins. I'm due any day and looks like will not get the car seats on time and will have to rush buy anything so that we can bring babies home from the hospital! This is not what I need at the end of my pregnancy.
Worse customer service I have ever experienced! Don't waste your time, money and nervse to deal with them. There's plenty of other companies who will treat you with respect (especially if you spend 3000 with them)!!

I had plenty of customer service personal experience with lots of shops in Dublin to buy our baby stroller.

Indeed Jasmine was the BEST, she explained everything to us , she was never in a rush , attentive , listening , advising , knowledgeable and very kind.

I would definitely recommend going to babydoc because of the experience we had with Jasmine! She will explain everything you need to know before taking a decision!
