5 stars for ease of booking online. Better price than going direct to P&O.
1 star for - I requested an email quote and within an hour had a missed call on my phone from Iglu. I didn’t want a phone call; I simply wanted the quote. It’s really hard-sell once they know you’re interested.
Another 1* - was also annoyed to be addressed by previous name even though I married over 3 years ago and have booked cruises with Iglu in my married name. Only go back to Iglu because of the good pricing.
