Do not be afraid if having a middle man as the follow up procedure requirements from Marrella will only be the same and easier to get through to iglu well done

"Confusing Online booking screens "

Online booking details required were somewhat confusing with some general information inapplicable to the deal being processed. And, once payment in full taken, a follow up email that booking quote was incomplete necessitated a call to Iglu: who needed car registration details for free parking (why not required within booking details?).
Also, ambiguity regarding travel insurance being required yet optional in booking screens without explaining that stating a pre-existing active worldwide policy would only need to be declared on the cruise line portal (clarified on another call query).
