Iglú are very proactive. I had saved a couple of quotes and had a call from Iglu following up on them. I hadn’t booked them online as knew I would need to ring them as only wanted drinks package on 1 of the cabins.
When Sarah rang I was in the middle of painting but she organised to ring me at a more convenient time and also in the interim sent over revised quotes. I then rang Sarah and she was really helpful, clear and diligent in the taking down of all our details and getting the cruise booked for us! This is now the 4th time we have used Iglu to book our cruise - and they is down to good service and great prices! Thanks Sarah!
