Cannot recommend this agency any more! After months of hell and our last application falling through, we were recommended to Tick and they have been absolutely amazing! From enquiry to move in it was all done in a week thanks to helpful and responsive staff members - special mentions to Joanne and Nini, they have really made this process so easy and stress free and restored our faith in estate agents. Just moved in to one of their flats and everything is very clean, spacious and in a great central location. Tick have really have set a great precedent for the rest of our tenancy, would highly recommend!!

Tick's service was satisfactory. The staff were very helpful and more importantly, every staff member we came into contact with was a kind and courteous person. Whilst they do make a few oversights, they are quickly corrected. The vast majority of appointments are made on time and reported repairs are handled quickly. I think they do a great job with everything that belongs to them.

We’ve worked with a few different management companies before. I will say hands down Tick is the best I’ve come across. The staff is extremely efficient, friendly and punctual. We were never left wondering for long periods of time. Nothing was ever ambiguous. They were the most accommodating of anyone we’ve dealt with. Straight to the point, helpful beyond measure, and a dream to deal with. Any inquiries we had, they did the best they could to resolve either to our expectations, but more often than not, exceeding them every time. Seriously nothing bad to even nit-pick about.

Having had a not so great experience with another estate agent, I transferred to Tick, and I've been very impressed with them, particularly Phil and Cameron who have made sure I am supported in the process of selling home. Within 2 weeks of house being on market with them, we have accepted offer, I wish I had gone with them months earlier, will be recommending them to anyone I know who is wanting to sell (or buy)

It was over all a very good experience renting my new home through Tick property group. All team members were very professional and helpful through out the whole process.

We renting an apartment from tick propety,turned out to be simple and without any problems. At the beginning I had contact with Joanne Rudkin, who was very nice and precise in her work.
After telling her what I was looking for and what my financial possibilities were, she offered me an apartment that would meet our expectations.
Jo then forwarded my lease to Nino Rizhamadze for the next stages of inspection, and since then I have only had contact with Nini.
Nini is also a very nice, competent woman who made the process of renting a place to live without any problems or stress.
The apartment was clean on the day of pickup.
I contacted Nini about a radiator fault, they sent the service the next day and replaced the radiator with a new one.
My wife and I are very happy that we found such a good real estate agency, we sincerely recommend it. 10/10

"Fast sale"

As soon as the house was live, we had viewings the next day! I was so relieved as there's a lull in selling at the moment. The other houses on our street are still for sale, yet we had 2 offers within a fortnight, and have now sold!
