So helpful. We have recently moved into a new place and we couldn’t have done it without Will, he was so helpful and made the whole experience run smooth. Will’s communication and keeping us in the loop is something to be praised. When we were passed onto Nino we were apprehensive as we had made a great relationship with Will but Nino was just as brilliant, keeping us in the loop, chasing up the references, ensuring we could move in on the proposed date, she couldn’t have done anymore for us. Both have still been in contact after we have moved in to ensure we are happy and that everything is going well. We are so grateful for the positive experience we had with Tick, both Will and Nino just made the whole process that little bit better. A little shout out to Joanne who was there to hand our keys over she was also helpful. Thanks again Tick!

Since our first viewing of an apartment with Tick we have had nothing but a great experience with Joanne. She did our viewing, giving us an extensive run down of everything within the property and she seemed to answer every question we had before we had a chance to even mention it!
When it came time to move in she did our key handover and went over every last other detail and gave us one last walk around to ensure we were happy with the property.
Jo has been nothing less than an incredible letting agent and I’m sure she will continue to show this throughout our tenancy here.

I contacted Tick about a property and expected the typical you’d receive from most management companies. Polite but cold in a way. Cameron spoke to me about the property I was interested in. He was beyond helpful. I feel like he bent over backwards to help me with any issues that arose. He was friendly, prompt and efficient. He called when he said he’d call. He responded immediately. I was never left wondering or needing to reach out due to prolonged silence. I seriously couldn’t recommend him and Tick! Seriously hands down the best experience I’ve ever had.
