What I thought may have been a painstaking process proved to be a pleasure, Katherine Bailey was simply great, answered all my questions, very professional and courteous. My emails got responses within the hour which I was super pleased about......

"Disappointing."

Things started off well with the manager of the West Greenwich branch upon meeting I was quite specific of how I would like things to go re viewings,agents and communication I was told that would be fine unfortunately things were not always carried through I was told there had been a misunderstanding there were other issues with communication and a fault with automatic reminders which made things confusing for me there initial inability to acknowledge there had been issues and to apologise led me to terminate there services.
(I did get apology for one of the issues yesterday unfortunately all a bit too late)
