Was drawn to the site as the prices and reviews were good. Signal was poor though as I was ordering and managed to order the same jacket twice, in the wrong colour and size too! Contacted customer service and the whole lot had been resolved within half an hour of emailing. They cancelled one order and amended the second and I still received the correct jacket the next day. To be honest I was staggered how good the customer service was (Mat was excellent). I would 100% recommend All Outdoors.

I had problems with my MSR stove when I was in Brazil. . I didn't buy it from this company but I contacted them to see if they could help me. Alex, the guy at All Outdoor, who answered my emails, was very helpful. He contacted MSR and they sent me a replacement part. Alex didn't stand to gain anything financially from helping me, yet he went out of his way on my behalf. Thanks a lot, Alex

"No goods arrived, no communication from the Company, took my money though!"
Placed an order with this company on 30th August, received an email with no tracking information completed saying my order had been dispatched. Have phoned the sales number and got no answer, have emailed them and had no response and have now had to raise a dispute via Paypal to which they also have not responded.
Very, very poor service.

Very happy with the customer service. Ordered walking poles and a fleece however the fleece wasn't a good fit for me and the walking poles were to large a pack down size (my fault, didn't check the specs properly before ordering). After an email to the asking to return and specifying that I wanted to order different poles they called me back and gave me free return shipping which was something I expected as returning cost is normally down to the customer. They are now sending me different walking poles, customer service woman was friendly and helpful. Will be buying off these guy again and recommending my friends. Good work alloutdoor.co.uk! That is how you run an online business.

no complaints from me, ordered a backpack that retails for £165 on the high street, bought here for £116, free shipping arrived 2 days after dispatch, everything in order, and brand new and a fantastic product overall. based on this experience i would not hesitate to use again.

I ordered a Peltz Rxp 2 Head torch from alloutdoors.co.uk 1/4/2017 it was the cheapest at the time & received it fairly quickly, I was happy with it but wasn't impressed with the extra lumens (boost mode) but was not going to return it as it was still bright, I received an email asking me to write a review, so I did & also mentioned the boost mode but said I was still happy with it & was going to keep it, I then received an email saying that they had read my review & whether I could return it so that they could send it back to there supplier for inspection & that once they received it they would send me out a replacement at no cost to myself, I used the prepaid labels & returned it,
I waited for a while but never received it, I emailed them to ask whether they had received my torch & was told that they had & my replacement was on its way.
I waited & still no replacement, I emailed them again & no reply, I emailed them once more & still no reply.
I rang them & explained everything & was told it had been sent out but was returned as there was no one to receive it & that another one was on its way, I never had a card through my door to say that an attempt had been made to deliver a parcel etc.
Well anyway I waited for another week, sent another email asking when my replacement would be with me & also told them that I was going away at the weekend & needed it, still no reply!
So I decided to call them again on the thursday & explained everything & told that I felt that I was given the run around, the lady was very understandable & told me that she would have it delivered straight from the supplier on Saturday before 12am to me on the day I was going away & that she would email me the details, I never received anything, so I called her again on the Friday & she said that she was just getting the tracking details for me & would call me or email me the details, nothing again, I waited in all morning & it never arrived delaying my holiday.
I was never contacted as to why they never delivered it to me or explain to me why they stopped acknowledging my emails, there is no excuse what so ever in the way they have given me the run around & in my opinion lied through there teeth & for what ever reason it is, its not acceptable, but its funny that they acknowledged my last email asking for a refund as I received one the very next day.

Found their site by searching for a specific product on froogle uk. Excellent service, extremely quick to ship, and no problems with using their site or with my purchase. Would be happy to use them again and recommend them highly.
