The item ordered was correct and delivered quickly - so that part is ok. But I'm only giving one star as I used alloutdoors partner cash back site, which tracked the purchase correctly, and then zero cashback was offered where 2% should have been. Update 1 : Cashback was eventually 'confirmed' after 3 months and alloutdoor partner cashback site investigating. Update 2 : after 6 months, this the cashback still remains unpaid. Seems more like a bait and switch offer than a genuine offer of cashback by alloutdoor.

Great company and service! At first emailed to asked them to confirm if the products was in stock and they responded very quickly. I bought the products and they shipped all items at the same day with tracking number! Also they kept me updated for the order shipping with emails. I received all items without any problem! For sure I will buy from this company in the future!

After reading some bad reviews on other review websites I must admit I was a little worried. Now all I can say is the service, price and products from this online store are outstanding. Great customer service, after I emailed them with my concerns post order (from the MD no less). I have just received the goods. Exactly what I ordered, sealed in the bag in good time. I am very happy. How they do this for the price I have no idea (considerably cheaper than the big names) but I am very happy I've found them. I will be using them a lot more in the future.

I quickly received my original item, but unfortunately one zipper on the bag broke way before it should. Alloutdoor handled the issue in an exemplary way with an outmost forthcoming customer service. Thanks to them, them bag is now back in working order and will join me on many more trips.

I had a problem with delivery, through no fault of the company, and this was resolved really quickly by their very helpful Customer Service. They couldn't do enough to help to ensure a replacement item was sent straight out. I wish all companies were helpful like this!!
I would definitely recommend this company.

I first contacted alloutdoor about a sleeping quilt which was out of stock/awaiting delivery, their response was really quick and they managed to get the item in for me in time for my trip , when everywhere were also out of stock.
They even got it delivered to me 2days later from when I ordered it, which I was also grateful for. This is certainly a company that really looks after their customers . Thank you guys at alloutdoor .

Ordered Bloc Navigator sunglasses and received Darwin sunglasses not Navigator. Contacted seller who provided a swift response and offer of a refund. Although disappointed not to receive glasses ordered the service provided to rectify was 5 star.
