Also wonderful during power outages in hurricane season. :) The company was very quick to respond to my questions, and is helping me upgrade to the new model when I return to the states. Good product and good company that cares. I was skeptical at first as it is VERY hot and humid here.. however, I have had no problems throwing my pens in the shopping bag with just a cloth over to block direct sunlight!
