Frankie, who has helped me follow up on the leasing matter, has given a good and professional service. He is a sincere and attentive person. Lettings manager William Tsui (william.tsui @ rentlondonflat.com) refuses to come to the phone and uses his staff to gatekeep and then discriminate against people who are contacting to enagage in their services. William Tsui made the following statement through his staff: "We are under no obligation to speak to anyone beyond our tenants, owners, partners or service providers. Basically no one has the right to contact us useless they are from the government or authorities." This is the most bizarre thing I've ever heard. They do not want your business and will not come to the phone. Noted. Why exist as a business then, only to discriminate against people contacting them? Make it make sense. The reviews on here possibly explain this as they have clearly done wrong by a lot of people. So they are not only losing business in bad faith practises such as what I've experienced but scared to take a phone call and gatekeeping future business. I'm glad I've not engaged in their services now seeing these reviews as the red flags are massive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
