I am utterly disgusted by Netflorist service and quality of goods!
Firstly, their delivery times running until 8pm is ludicrous! Then me having to call their offices several times and still be put on hold! Wasting over R200 in airtime!
Then their courier updated their system with my delivery received by a stranger and then me calling in again and inform them I have not received my order and for them to tell me it's an error!
The package arrived almost 6pm!
The shocker of further disgust is the quality of the goods which is a piece of cardboard (suppose to be a clock) and the packaging was just the worst! And to think I paid close to R500!
Netflorist should be ashamed of their crap they sell to people!
I would never recommend them at all!

I am disappointed because my Aunt did not get her gifts on her birthday , we had an issue with the driver locating her. My aunt tried so many ways to meet the driver halfway by communicating where she’d be the driver was not cooperating. Long story short my aunt received her item after her birthday
