"Could improve ordering process & delivery"

The order & gift was great, but the ordering process was not great. The website has a few glitches & could really be improved.
The delivery driver was also very rude to me, as well as my sister. He called her as well & ruined the surprise as I made the order for her.
When he called her he didn't even explain who he was, he just exclaimed 'Send me a code' (an access code for their estate's gate).

The added birthday balloon and biltong were separately provided and not wrapped with the parcel leaving the recipient un-interested as he did not know what to make of it.

I just love how clever you use words. It is extremely easy, but the app and the website can do with a update. The app and website seem slow and somtimes have a bit of lagg. Other than that, Very Happy
