"I ordered a Custom made gown on…"

I ordered a Custom made gown on Thursday the 27th and system advised next day delivery, which I why agreed and went through with the order.

This was a go away gift for a lady who was re-tiring on the 28th the Friday.

I called the call centre twice on Friday and was re-assured the package will be delivered on Friday before 5pm.

No package was delivered and the status showed the package is out for delivery.

Monday morning the 3rd of March I called and a agent advised I did not answer my phone and the the driver was there. Which was impossible because there was no call and I called the call centre the time apparently the driver was outside.

I called another agent the Monday and was given completely different information.

I was informed the package will be delivered before 5pm.

The driver called me 3min before 5 to say his in the area but because of my office being closed can he make prior arrangements.

The package was than delivered after 6pm, but this was the worst experience and clearly nobody knows what they doing at the customer care centre at Netflorist!

Will never order again.
