Quick and Easy way to make someone feel special and thought of. I got to track the process as well and its def a service ill use again without a doubt!

The agent I called after I struggled to track where my order was, was polite and explained the process with me. My recipient also mentioned that the driver was polite and was able to follow instructions of whom to leave the gift with.

The amount of money you pay for the gift , for an office delivery then they deliver at 4pm as the receiver is leaving the office . It's a definite an issue . Then you can't even call the driver to confirm. What a waste . I could have just purchased the gift at the store and delivered myself

I was disappointed that the personalized card couldn’t be delivered. There was no phone call or alternative offered. This gift was for a coworker who lost his mother, and adding a card would have made it feel much more personal.

The rest of the gift was beautiful, but it would have been even better with the card. I hope that in the future, better communication can be offered in situations like this
