I made an order on the 2nd of March , a birthday gift for my twin . It was delivered on the 3rd of March around 18:00 pm.
First time buying and unfortunately I am not returning. The packing is nice but why are the chocolates so dry especially the Ferrero Rocher, they have after taste of bad chocolate.
It’s so sad how the birthday girl had to throw them away and not enjoy her gift

"Netflix didn't have an option of a congratulations card"

Netflix didn't have an option of a congratulations card. Hence I opted for the standard Netflix card. Sadly it wasn't provided. Not displayed even, so the recipient didn't even know who it was from :( . Secondly the delivery was to a school. Schools close by midday. I had to ask her to wait for the delivery. What was meant to be a good gesture turned out to be SUCH an inconvenience!

"The flowers were not fresh "

The order was delivered however the flowers were not fresh. The Ferrero Rocher sticks were having moulds. The packaging was not properly done.

Customer service was amazing.I bought my sister flowers for her birthday and all my questions were answered regarding the delivery.The flowers were also amazing and were delivered at her workplace before she knocked off(on time). I am definitely buying more items for the people I love because the service was exceptional and my sister was so happy to receive the flowers🥺🥰
