"Very disappointing"

Very disappointing. I ordered this basket from NZ for my dad that is ill. I loved the picture and all the healthy treats. Well he got a basket filled with mostly green fruit which wasn't even the amount stated in the description and NO balloon. This is VERY DISSAPOINTING!!! I will never use this website again. The picture is misleading.

i hate netflorist with everything in my gut. every single order i have placed has been delayed or gets messed up and nobody can do their jobs. today my order has been sitting in the same post for the last two hours and half and its been ready to go out on delivery since 13:34 and its 4:19. nobody can provide me with the answers i need nor attend to the matter at hand and just click and send answer and get lied to how wonderful is this service. not the first time this has ever happend.

"Woul like to give NO stars actually Terrible experience "

Would like to give NO stars actually. Very bad experience. Ordered as a surprise. Never arrived, so surprise of anniversary flowers was ruined. Then they have the cheek to send message to say they will deliver next day. No surprise here? Day old flowers? Very very very bad service will recommend NO ONE to use them.

"I been using them for over 10 years and…"

I been using them for over 10 years and they were very good. This time I ordered goods and put it down for the 11th but the system somehow changed it to the 17th feb When I called them they said no its the 17th and I asked them if they could please assist and try and send it before the 17th as I am sure there are others in the area. They flatly refused and in not so many words it was a flat no and did not even try to help I order a lot of things from them as I buy presents for my client but they just refused and were quite rude about it. I asked them how the system changed it and they said they dont know anyway I just feel that as I have been a long term client that they could try and assist but they just would not budge and were quite happy to lose me as as client as obviously they have grown a lot and dont care rather sad but they are not the only people there are I have asked for a refund and that is the end of them still waiting for the refund though

"First time ordering "

It was my first time ordering on netflorist and i didn’t receive confirmation email. After emailing and communicating with them on WhatsApp, regarding the matter although i had proof that indeed did payment unfortunately they couldn’t assist me. Never in my entire life will I ever order anything from them again.

"Decided to give them another chance. Big mistake."

I stopped using NetFlorist years ago due to their unreliability. Yesterday I decided to give them another chance. It's going on for 7pm and the supposed next-day delivery has still not arrived at the recipient's place of work. An extremely disappointing business. Considering you're probably sending a gift and wanting a pleasant experience, I would highly recommend not using them.

"Terrible service !"

Terrible service !! I ordered personalized wine on the 12 February 2025 and I was sitting in the office waiting till 6pm, on the 14 February 2025 and I never received my delivery. I was only contacted at 18:40 and promised that i will receive my order at 8pm, later on I received an email that they unable to deliver my order. Netflorist ruined my valentines day. Never using this again and will advise everyone against it.

"Lacking everything a company should have"

Horrible communication. Horrible delivery (if at all). Terrible flowers conditions. Ordered flowers on the 13th for next day delivery and was assured it would be delivered in the morning. Morning comes and the recipient they’ve heard nothing. By 8pm that evening there is still nothing, and no communication stating any delays.

Reference number does not exist on website so it cannot even be tracked.
Customer service is abysmal and all they can do is “apologize as this isn’t a reflection of their service and it’ll be delivered today”. Load of bs considering the growing amount of reviews that have had the same problem.
Horrible service all around and will tell everyone who needs their service to find something else

"The worst quality flowers"

The worst quality flowers I have ever experienced. And they arrived drooped and forlorn.
Disgraceful that they can deliver such rubbish.
