Expensive with poor service don’t rely on them for special occasions. Rather support a local business directly. The company is definitely going down over the years.

"The worst experience ever"

The worst experience ever. After spending almost R5000, they did not deliver on set date, a Friday...
All was rescheduled for the Monday (today). The recipients, SUPER excited.. awaiting their gifts.
GUESS what. Netflorist can now only deliver TOMORROW, or so they say.
I do not believe a word. Their response by phone and via WhatsApp is completely different... and DON'T try to ask for a manager.
If I have to Harold's smirky false telephone answering message once MORE..
At the moment, I'm holding on for the operator. Oh wait, they just cut me off, again...

Dear Netflorist Team,

I have been a loyal customer of Netflorist, but I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received this time. I placed an order on the 21st of November with a specific delivery date of the 26th of November, which was for a special occasion. Unfortunately, the order was not delivered on time, and I was informed that the delay was due to issues with your third-party delivery service.

This has been the second time that I have experienced such a delay, and it has left me feeling frustrated and ashamed, especially given the significance of the occasion. I trusted your service to handle the delivery as promised, and it did not meet my expectations.

I would advise other customers to be cautious when placing orders for special dates like birthdays or anniversaries. The ability to choose a specific delivery date on your website seems to be misleading, given that you cannot guarantee delivery on that date.

I hope you will review your processes and take the necessary steps to ensure that future customers do not experience the same disappointment.

"Unsatisfactory Service "

I have been a loyal Netflorist customer for some time now, however, I feel obligated to express my immense disappointment with the service I received this time around.

I placed an order for a personalized photobook on Saturday, 16 November and was promised that delivery would be made by 20 November. To date, I have not received my order nor the courtesy of being informed about any delay or challenges that they may be experiencing regarding my order. I have followed up on the status of my order numerous times and each time I'm told that "delivery will be made today". I've always had a positive experience with Netflorist in the past so I'm extremely disheartened by the lack of communication and poor service this time around. Please ensure that delivery is made by today or alternatively kindly assist with a refund.

"PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"

I placed on order on the 10 November 2024 for a personalized bottle of alcohol for a loved ones birthday...it was said to be delivered on Tuesday 12 November 2024...i currently live abroad so i decided on ordering a gift online to be delivered...i was tracking the delivery online...i waited the whole day and the item was not delivered. I then queried via the whatsapp channel only to be told they could not deliver but will follow up and try to get it delivered today 13 November 2024...i waited half the day still no update online ...i then queried via the online chat they also they they have put the order as urgent and its out for delivery ...i have had absolutely no communication regarding the poor service neither has the item been delivered yet ...the agent on the whatsapp channel then told me that they could not get a florist to deliver the flowers ...i then told her i didnt order flowers i ordered a personalized bottle of alcohol...the prices arent cheap but the customer service is pathetic...they take the money before but cant deliver and when you query they want to credit you with R100...after you spend R1000+ ....disgusting service i for sure will not be ordering again

"Undeliverable service ..…"

In September l ordered flowers to be delivered in Boksburg on a main road with a huge hall . Not something you can miss …so you would have thought.
They couldn’t find it
If l hadn’t been to that address visiting a year ago l probably would’ve understood.
Except l got there with the same details easily.
They cancelled the order and l heard nothing from my relatives until l contacted this company and they had sent an email which went into my spam as it wasn’t addressed from This company but from an individual.
They cancelled it because they couldn’t be asked to find it but insisted l pay a 15 % refund fee!!
After l calmed down instead of losing money l asked this to be delivered to my mother at a retirement village
I have just got a message today after it didn’t turn up again (after 10 more days)
Saying they couldn’t deliver it there either
I have delivered through THIS company several times a year to this address and it’s on my address list on their account so l can only summise they just want the 15%
I really can’t warn people enough to stay away

"Roses dying"

My boyfriend ordered me roses and they were delivered on Saturday (2nd November 2024), its been 3 days (5th November) and majority of the roses are already dead??
I made sure the roses weren't in the hot sun and I gave the roses water, these roses did not go without water once and in 3 days, majority of the roses are dead.
You spend so much money and its such a terrible experience and feeling to see.
You can buy a bouquet of flowers from any other shop, and they'll last about 2 weeks maximum.
It's honestly so pathetic.
I would not bother buying from Net Florist.

"Terrible terrible terrible to say the…"

Terrible terrible terrible to say the least! I spent so much of money for someones special 80th birthday and when the flowers were received it was old and leaves were eaten up and dry absolutely disgusting and disappointed its not the first ****ing time its ridiculous!!! I am very upset

Definitely not worth buying from here what so ever i will never recommend anyone to Netflorist and i will never purchase from them ever again

"If I could give zero stars it a…"

If I could give zero stars it a negative stars I would.

My order was delivered to the incorrect address to the invoice person, yet Netflorist denies this. The keep on insisting that their driver/courier delivered to the correct address.

A special day was ruined and now a second day is being ruined by Netflorist not being able to admit they made a mistake.

Netflorist Cape Town is a huge disappointment. Don’t bother to use them gor your deliveries there are better local companies that provide quality service that wouldn’t blame the customer for their mistakes.

"The gift I ordered was destroyed."

The gift I ordered was destroyed.

I ordered a birthday gift for my mom. Since I live overseas, I saw this as a nice thing I could get for her while I am away. I got an arrangement of chocolates in a bouquet, paid extra for a balloon and card to go with it.

When it arrived, the balloon I had paid extra for had been popped, the wrapping around the gift was super loose and you could see the foam the arrangement was placed in at the bottom, because the ribbon was not tied properly at the base. The whole thing just looked so terrible an I wish I could show you how it looked vs the product photo they have on their site.

I tried emailing about this and have been completely ignored. Don't bother with these guys. They don't care about the gifts and clearly don't care about their customer service. I mean, just look at all these reviews.
