"My lovely friend was sending flowers as…"

My lovely friend was sending flowers as a surprise to ask me to be her maid of honour. They sent me a message to expect the surprise and asked if I wanted to change the address, and I replied within a minute yes and gave the correct address. They acknowledged the receipt of the change even! They still delivered it to the wrong address and gave me no solutions or recourse when I contacted them. I do not recommend them at all. Previously I sent flowers to my mother for Mother’s Day and she missed the call and called back less than 5 minutes later but the call wouldn’t go through and she got the flowers only the day after!! The service is HORRIBLE. They are actively bad at what they do

"Disappointed I received dead flowers "

I ordered flowers around 15:01 and they arrive dead at 19:40, I am soo disappointed I want a refund. As a first time customer I am hurt honestly.

"A huge rip off"

I tried ordering products off their website
1. Very bad selection of items, I selected 2 items
2. When I checked out, my delivery cam to R234. And that is going to one address
3. I queried this and was told I pay per item to be shipped.
4. After quite a couple of emails, I was asked if I am ordering from international. I was, and they said because of this I have to pay Extra

No why must I pay extra because I am out the country?
Does the order not get dispatched locally?

When I order form Checkers I still pay R35.00

I will not order from you again

"I would give them 0 stars if possible…"

I would give them 0 stars if possible 2 bunches of roses that I ordered in the same month one which was R 780.00 the other which was R 990.00 and the both died within less than a week I phoned netflorist a couple of times and the best they can do for me is R 200.00 gift voucher not even a refund or compensate close to the amount I waisted by them and the last order was deliverd on the 25/06/2024 and the flowers went off the 29/06/2024 which was a Sunday and nobody answered their calls for my complaint that day and the customer care is very bad and they have a policy of 48 hours to complain what flower start to go down after 48 hours it's way to early but enough said I DO NOT RECOMMEND NETFLORIST AT ALL !!!!

"PATHETIC "

They talk the talk but don’t walk the walk. They can’t do the basics right and that is to drliver on time!!!! Extremely dissapointed with PATHETIC service. Can’t trust the delivery date you choose when placing the order because all 3 packages and I send arrived daaaaays later. It is a constant battle of checking up where your parcel is, phoning them, emailing them just to suddenly be told that the adress is wrong which is a lie cause they have deliverd at the exact same adress before!! And forget to “spoil mom and dad” because their couriers do not deliver over weekends while mothers and fathers day are on Sundays!
So so dissapointed

"AVOID NetFlorist - otherwise you WILL be dissapointed!"

Netflorist USED to be a great company - but for the last few years they dont give a cr#p about service. They almost NEVER deliver early and sometimes rock up after 6pm when its a business and everyone has left already. How do you make someone's day special when the gift arrives at night? AVOID them - they dont care about service and customer support is uselsss.

I ordered on the 5th of June it's the 10th of June today still no delivery. I've called more than 5 times lame excuses all the no sense of accountability at all. This company is a scam!!!!!!! My money gone down the drain surprise ruined yoh I hate this company nxaaaaa!!!!!

"AVOID -Google Netflorist to all complaints "

AVOID NETFLORIST!!! Failed to deliver, despite repeated emails confirming details, and then when we found out had the bare faced cheek to charge us bogus and exorbitant “cancellation” fees for their incompetence. Unbelievable. Netflorist why bother delivering anything at all? Just sit on your backside charging everyone cancellation fees. There’s a business model. Oh you’re already doing that. My (expensive) mistake. AVOID NETFLORIST LIKE THE PLAGUE

"Over priced and under delivered!!!…"

I ordered flowers and wine/chocolates for my mother in law. Firstly I had to wait a week for a delivery date and secondly the flowers she received looked NOTHING like the web picture (quite embarrassing as it looks like I spent as little as I could which I didn’t!) and she didn’t receive the wine and chocolates.

"Unreliable delivery updates and service in general"

Their website kept giving a false update of when the package was out for delivery. The package was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago(28th of May). By the time it is delivered, the intendent recepient will not be at the address. This is really disappointing. And they never called to update me on why the package was not being delivered, I had to call them. This is really bad business from Netflorist. It ruined the reason why I sent the gift to the person.
