"Terrible!!!!"
Terrible!! My fiance ordered flowers and chocolates this morning at 8 am and I was sitting in the office waiting till 5 and I never recieved my delivery. There's no contact details or anyone to report complaint to. The service is terrible. The lady on tbe phone was rude to me and, she still didn't get the flowers I ordered. They ruined the occasion. Then the driver asks me to pick up the flowers from him!!! Terrible service. Never using this again and will advise everyone against it.

I ordered a basket of flowers from the uk for delivery to my friend in South Africa. There was a problem with delivery which was no fault of Netflorist but mine, as I did not realise they would need an access code for the address provided. They were therefore unable to deliver on the day but once I had access code they promptly delivered the very next day at no additional charge to me for my mistake. Great service and happy to recommend.

"Dreadful never again"
Dreadful never again! I chose a plant to commemorate my nephew's remembrance - the eighth year we always send something. Well, this year they got nothing! Delivery promised 1st Feb. My niece was out but her neighbour always takes everything in. They said they tried to deliver and phoned her. No phone call made! I left messages 2nd and 3rd Feb. They didn't bother replying until 5th despite each day ensuring me 'Their buds were on it!' The 5th they said they'd deliver. Great. My great niece was in. Then I got a message saying they hadn't got the right pot. Which pot did they have it in when out for delivery 1st then, I asked them! Then - feign surprise - they said they'd deliver Wednesday. I was losing the will to live by then. Guess what? no delivery! So, Thursday I asked for a refund. Which they agreed to. Eventually. Less 15% handling charge and delivery fee. For something not delivered! I will never use them again! Disgusting! If I could have zero stars, that's what they'd have got!

I am unimpressed that they continue to send me unwanted / spam emails despite having unsubscribed on multiple occasions over a period of time.

First of all I put an order through and it was supposed to be delivered on the 29/01, then they emailed me to say I never added a name for the box for the plant that I was purchasing but at checkout there was no option to do this and they never instructed me to add one at checkout anyway. Then one day after the expected delivery date they email me again to say that the plant that I have ordered is not even in stock anyway will I choose something else ??? So now 2 days later and no gift has been delivered for my Grans birthday. I then reply saying what is the point now and I would like them to give me a refund and no one replies to my email at all ???
I then contact their chat support and all they can say is - I will receive a refund within 3-5 days. Well it is now 4 days later and my order is still showing as 'preparing order - we are getting your gift ready for delivery' ???
What a complete disgrace this company is, I have never known anything like it !

Poor service. Parcel was not delievered on the correct day. There is no one that can assist. Everyone is very busy.

"I am devastated and let down"
I am devastated. Some time ago I ordered flowers for my mother's 80th birthday on 13 Jan 2025. On 13th Jan 2025 in the afternoon I got an email from Netflorist stating that no delivery would take place. They said I could have my money back. This may be my mother's last birthday. I am beyond devastated. They have let down my poor mother and myself a long time south african client who lives abroad. What a total disgrace. Do not trust these people with your precious family members or with your money. What a shame and a shambles. DISGUSTING!!!!
Update.
No refund from Netflorist yet-and it is now 23rd January. Refund not yet approved??? Stay away from this company.

delivered perfectly on time - a wonderful company to do business with - there were three different items and all were delivered to my daughter on her birthday.

You can't get hold of anyone.
Whattsapp service is just as pathetic.
Numerous attempts were a total failure.
Never, ever again, I will use Netflorist or recommend it to my friends or family.

I had placed two orders for my girlfriend and another one for the boss. Imagine Netflorist swapped the flowers and the messages between these two recipients and never fixed! Imagine my girlfriend's boss reading my love words!! They have really invaded my privacy. So disappointed.
