Netflorist ruined my wedding gift! The incompetent call center agents misinformed me and I made a purchase as a result. And after failing to resolve my issue for 2 days, they now tell me I have to wait till Monday. That time the wedding is tomorrow! I now have to find more money because they can only refund me after 5 days even though they are the ones who messed up! NEVER USING THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!

What a disappointment! My bestfriend's birth gift was not delivered on the ACTUAL day of her birthday. I'd never recommend Netflorist to anyone. Very POOR service.

I had a terrible experience with NetFlorist, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I placed an order for customized chocolates gift for a special occasion, expecting them to be delivered on time and in good condition. Unfortunately, neither expectation was met.
Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I received vague and unhelpful responses. When the items finally arrived, it looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The gift was also poorly packaged, and it was clear that no care was taken in its presentation.
This experience was deeply disappointing, especially considering the premium price I paid. I will not be using NetFlorist again, and I cannot recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality flower/gift delivery.

How can you tell someone about a surprise being delivered to them the next day . I am completely disappointed and will not recommend you at all .
You just ruined the surprise I had for my mother by telling her she will get a delivery .

"Netflorist is a scam"
I ordered a gift set for my partner and asked it to be delivered on the 31st of July. I received notification that my order is on its way but then when the courier company called me, they said the parcel is in Mafikeng, I’m in Eastern Cape, Port Elizabeth. I checked my order confirmation email and I realized that I had put in the correct email address. Someone from Netflorist or the courier of their choice sent my parcel to the wrong address.
I phoned them and I asked them to collect it from Mafikeng and send it to the correct address. They made empty promises on how they would ensure that it gets to me by Friday the 2nd of August latest. I waited all day only to be told that my parcel will only be delivered on Monday the 5th of August. I made several phone calls, sent emails to ask them why the date of delivery has been changed to Monday, no one was able to answer me. No one was remorseful, no one at Netflorist cared about the inconvenience they had caused. They have successfully ruined my surprise gift for my partner’s birthday.
I still don’t have what I ordered.

"A moment lost"
It was my Fathers Birthday yesterday, Not only has he not received his gift yet - even though I had to pay more to have it delivered to PE. It was also a surprise to announce my pregnancy to him. I am utterly disappointed. I trusted Netflorist with a very important event for my family and they botched it. I've been waiting weeks for his Birthday to announce and its ruined. I cannot get that special moment back ever. My parents also stayed home all day waiting for a package that never came, So I will not be using Netflorist again.

Terrible service - I ordered a delivery to s hospital and as the comatose patient was unable to sign vs following protocol and leaving at reception they have taken the delivery and want to charge me AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I actually am shocked at how this company operates

50USD for 4 tulips COMPLETELY scammed. Cannot believe they are refusing to even refund me after being scammed and sent 4 tulips that was nothing like what I ordered. Avoid at every cost.

Both orders they got the card terribly wrong. For someone that usually puts a lot of effort into a card, I don’t appreciate that.
First order, I submitted a poem I’d taken some time to write (within the required text box, which was accepted on their website with my order), only half of it was printed on the card and delivered. The second order I put some hearts in the card (which again it did not prevent me from doing online) and the card arrived with ‘???’ - 3X Question marks in it 😂
