You were fantastic in delivering the flowers - my best friend was in awe of the experience so thank you!

"Order Ready then not ready for delivery"

Placed the order for my Aunt's gift on the 28th Feb, for delivery 4th Mar. It's her birthday today, and I held back wishing her as I wanted the gift to surprise her, so I logged on to check status. It said that order was ready, and waiting for driver. Around 2pm, no delivery was made, and I checked back online only to find that the status had changed backwards saying preparing order. I called the contact Centre to enquire, and they advise that there were some challenges with the order. I asked when can the order be considered for delivered, and was told before 8pm. It was delivered 19h45. This is not ok when I've watched the status change from being ready to not ready - this gives a false sense of surprise. I've relied on Netflorist for years on delivering for special occasions, and the service is deteriorating significantly, even the lack of care by contact Centre demonstrates this.

For such an expensive gift the quality is absolutely poor. The personalised name tag is completely skew. So disappointing as this is from an entire work team to our Director for a big birthday.
